Day 13 - Venice, Italy

Buon giorno Venezia!!

The day started with a gorgeous weather :D
We started the day with a two hours guided tour around Venice, with a guide that knew Brad Pitt, Andrea. He did some short cuts so we didn't have to walk that much among the tourists hehehe 

Then we had some free time! Two hours of free time to have lunch and walk around. Everyone of us bought a mask because we were going to have a masks dinner. When we (Sarah and Tegan), Ellie and Emilie bought our masks, we got magnets for free because e bought one mask each! We had a wonderful lunch and went to the meeting point to get the gondolas.

While we waited for it, Raphael told us about how fancy the hotel Danieli is. Then some of us went to check. We got in pretending we were rich and fancy, but when we got there.... OMG THAT PLACE 😱 SO SUPER FANCY!!
After checking out the fancy hotel we separated into our gondolas and went for a 40 minute ride. The gondolas gave us the opportunity to see beautiful parts of Venice. But the gondolier would not sing for us :(

 Soon later we took a private boat to an island where we would be watching how they make glass. Watching how they make the glass was incredible and amazed every one of us. We got the boat to where the bus was and travel back to the hotel to prepare ourselves for a night full of fun.

We had a little masks party in the last flor of the hotel, which had a pool. So it was like a masks pool party hahaha it was super fun, but the only thing was that I (sarah) missed quite a bit of the party because I wanted to know how the game Brazil vs Colombia was going. Well, I missed the end of the party but we won the match, far enough.

It was a veeeeery amazing day, and Venice is beautiful!
